Nokia come from the first official screenshots of Symbian Belle PR3.0

Symbian PR2.0 Anna, on the actual device that will bring something new Symbian ^ 3 is a graphic and a functional level, it is not officially here yet, but there is already talk of the next release, which according to various information so far implemented, will bring a net improving the system Symbian, introducing a further renewal of the GUI.

As you can see, the notification bar has been completely revised and now includes in one place all relevant information such as time, date, network and battery level, and any notifications.
It will also change the toolbar icon or the menu bar below that houses the dedicated buttons for each application.

However, it is confirmed that this is the new interface of Symbian Belle. On Forum Nokia fact, where these screenshots were published, there is no reference PR3.0 wing version of Symbian.
However one can hardly see on Symbian Anna PR2.0 (already on the new Nokia X7).
It is expected the formalization of Symbian Belle PR3.0.
